(DIE IN) SAN FRANCISCO

if you need to die
don't do it in the tenderloin
the bums there
will steal your death gown
and the pigeons will flock
and peck at your heart
like a loaf of sweet bread

if you need to die
go climb telegraph hill
the tourists there
will lay coins on your eyes
and the parrots will flock
and lift you up
with their feather flashing power

when i need to die
i won't do it in the tenderloin
the bums there
will steal my death gown
and the pigeons will flock
and peck at my heart
like a loaf of sweet bread

when i need to die
i'll go climb telegraph hill
the tourists there
will lay coins on my eyes
and the parrots will flock
and lift me up
with their feather flashing power
